Did you know that your big toe and brain talk to each other?

Here is a simple fact – the connection made between your big toe and brain creates your foundation and will not only from falling down a flight of steps, it will keep you walking not shuffling and standing up.

Yes, when your head and your feet connect you are opening-up your foundation. A simple way to get your feet stimulated is to roll the bottom of each foot, one at a time. I like using a massage peanut, however, a tennis ball, or wooden rod; even rocks will do! Anything that wakes-up the nerve endings will create a sensation and increase the stimulation of the nerve endings that are clustered together at the bottom of your feet. The sensation of pressing through the big toe mound will get your brain and feet talking!

If you are reading this and scratching your head and instead of rolling the bottom of your right foot (and then your left) saying to yourself – “What? No way!” Then try it yourself. The change will not happen all at once however you will be able to feel your whole foot on the ground with toes open and not clenching the carpet. I suggest you work on one foot, roll the bottom for 90 seconds, then stand up and feel the difference. And, if you are still skeptical, only stimulate one foot for a week.  By opening-up your feet, you will notice the way you stand and move. Once you have opened your feet you can work on the sleeve of your leg down to your feet and pinch your ankles!
