Has anyone else noticed how many things are orange?

As the leaves change and the temperature begins to fall, I am seeing orange everywhere. From butternut squash soup on menus to pumpkins lining neighborhood doorsteps. I know that orange is made-up of red and yellow, two of my favorite primary colors but that was about it. Thanks to Google I would like to share some interesting facts I learned about orange.

Orange is an emotional color arose a sense of compassion and feelings of excitement, enthusiasm and warmth. For those who pick orange as their favorite color you may tend to be more energetic, optimistic and an extrovert. You may be an adventurer and be more physically active. Fruits, vegetables and flowers are plentiful from the orange to carrots and sweet potatoes to turmeric and ginger. Interesting because turmeric and ginger are found to be healing for inflammation.

It really doesn’t matter what your favorite color is, opening yourself to enjoy the treats of orange with a month that is filled fall from activities of camping and socializing, to hearty foods and new tastes. I really like the setting sun and autumn nights with a fire- going.  I invite you to let yourself experience something that can wake up your gut and light a fire in you.
