Fall back doesn’t mean sliding out of control…
Ugh!! Have you noticed the changes that are taking place outside? It’s starting to get dark earlier and the weather is cooling off! With the arrival of Fall many of us will begin to fall backwards and revert to our bad habits. We start to get sluggish and lazy, less conscious of what we are eating, hit the snooze button on the alarm clock and get comfortable on the sofa binge watching the television!
I have decided to be more aware of the tendency to fall back and am challenging you to join me. Let’s not fall into the rut and make different choices that will result in better Fall and Winter habits. I am not going to let myself get fall day down and eat poorly, sleeping more, and skip my exercise routine! I am going to stay mentally fit and physically healthy with my diet and workout! I will change up my food choices and exercise routine with the season’s harvest and environment.
You may also decide to find a workout budding or try something new like a trainer, life coach or nutritionists. You may begin keeping a journal to track your success and personal promise to “be good” this fall. And, know you are never alone — need help don’t be afraid to ask!
