Ingredients
- 1 cup diced fresh pineapple
- 1 cup diced red, orange, or yellow pepper
- 1 cup diced Roma tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 2-4 Tablespoons fresh lime juice (to taste)
- 1 Tablespoon diced jalapeño (optional)
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Serve immediately or refrigerate until serving.
Notes
- Need less heat? Skip the jalapeño!
