Ingredients
  1. 1 cup diced fresh pineapple
  2. 1 cup diced red, orange, or yellow pepper
  3. 1 cup diced Roma tomatoes
  4. 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  5. 2-4 Tablespoons fresh lime juice (to taste)
  6. 1 Tablespoon diced jalapeño (optional)
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Serve immediately or refrigerate until serving.
Notes
  1. Need less heat? Skip the jalapeño!
