Ingredients
  1. 6 Salmon steaks
  2. ½ teaspoon salt
  3. Freshly ground pepper
  4. ¼ cup orange juice
  5. 2 tablespoon each: brown sugar, honey, and Dijon mustard
  6. 1tablespoon soy sauce
  7. 1 piece (1/2 inch long) ginger root, peeled and grated
  8. 1 pineapple, peeled, cored, cut into slice
Instructions
  1. Heat a grill to medium.
  2. Season salmon with salt and pepper to taste, set aside.
  3. Mix together mustard, soy sauce, and ginger in a small bowl; set aside.
  4. Place pineapple on the grill; cook turning occasionally until softened and beginning to turn brown about 2 minutes per side. While the pineapple is cooking, place fillets on the grill.
  5. Cook basting with the sauce after 3 minutes, until just beginning to turn golden around the edges on one side about 5 minutes.Turn: baste with sauce.
  6. Grill until cooked through about 5 minutes. Serve fillets with pineapple.
