BOSU Exercises

Have you tried working out with a BOSU yet? Balancing on one helps with mobility and stability! It’s one of my favorite pieces of equipment! (Just as an FYI, it’s pronounced “Bo,” like the boy’s name, and “Sue,” like the girl’s name.)
