10 Snacks Under 100 Calories

It’s 3 PM — and you need a little pick-me-up to get you through until dinner. You could head for the office candy dish — or you could try one of these delicious snacks that are all under 100 calories!

Chocolate Banana
Dip 1/2 frozen banana in 2 teaspoons of melted dark chocolate chips. It’s decadence without the guilt.

Frozen Grapes
This is a great snack to make ahead! Place 1 cup of grapes (about 28) in the freezer for at least two hours. Perfect on a hot summer day!

Honeyed Yogurt
A dash of protein and a dash of cinnamon! Stir 1 teaspoon of honey and a pinch of cinnamon into 1/2 a cup of nonfat Greek yogurt.

Mini PB&F
Remember fig newtons? Your favorite snack as a kid? Relive your childhood with a PB&F! Top a fig newton with one teaspoon of peanut butter.

Spiced Orange
If you’re a chai tea latte lover, you’ll probably love spiced orange. Sprinkle orange slices with cinnamon and enjoy.

Berries and Cream
One of my favorite summertime snacks — who doesn’t love fresh, in-season berries? Top 1 cup of blueberries with 2 tablespoons whipped topping.

Nuts and Berries
Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of slivered almonds over 1 cup of blueberries. (This is a great snack for the car as your running your afternoon errands)

Dark Chocolate
1 block or three squares. Yum… 

Grilled Pineapple
The grill — it’s not just for meat. Fruit on the grill is delicious! For a no-guilt snack, grill two 1/4 inch thick pineapple rounds. Will take about two minutes.

Citrus Berry Salad
Toss one cup of mixed berries ( strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries) with 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed orange juice.
